I’m using Raspberry Pi 3b+ with a 32GB SD card.

I think I’ll probably reinstall the OS on my Pi to be 64bit.

I tried installing  Raspberry Pi OS Lite (64-bit) debain 12 with an SD card reader. There are always errors like verify invalid.

Table of Contents

Quick start

1. Download Raspberry Pi OS Lite 64-bit.

2. Flash to SD card using  diskgenius.

3. Enable SSH by creating an empty file.

4. Configure Wi-Fi if needed with wpa_supplicant.conf.

5. Insert SD card into Pi, power on.

6. Connect via SSH using [email protected] or IP address.

7. Change password, update system, expand filesystem if needed.

What I’ve done with the installation:

download the recommended raspberry pi os lite (64-bit) image for RPi3

Flash the SD card with the image.(diskgenius tool)

Insert the SD card to Raspberry Pi and power on it with monitor, keyboard and mouse plugged in.
